The full set consisting of five volumes of The constitution of India in
Braille was released by Dr S.Muralidhar, Chief Justice of Odisha High
Court in the presence of Prof.Ved Kumari Vice Chancellor of The National
law University,Odisha on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day 2022
observation at The National law University,Odisha.It was first of its kind in
India initiated by Mrinalini Padhi , Advocate nd Honorary Secretary of
Sahaya , Red Cross Center for Special Children,Cuttack.with the
guidance of Swabhiman, Bhubaneswar and Shri Sanyas Behera,OAS
(Visually Impaired) & District Social Security officer(Head quarter).
