About Us

Sahaya is an unit of Orissa State Branch of Indian Red Cross Society . It offers a platform to the differently abled and disadvantaged children. It have been functioning inside Cuttack Central Red Cross Blood Bank campus since 1991. The mentally challenged children have been getting special education, therapeutic services and training in various vocational trades.

Organisational Setup:

It is an unit of Odisha State Branch of Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch, Sahaya, Red Cross Centre for Special Children. Blood Bank Campus, Mangalabag, Cuttack-7. It formed under Indian Red Cross Societies ACT of XV of 1920.

Objectives:

To establish differently abled children in the fabric of the society as dignified and self-reliant human beings.
